From the sun gate left up the first set of steps.
If you start at the sun gate and hike towards Macchu Picchu, which you would do if you do the four day hike on the inca trail, take the first set of steps on the left. It is hidden behind two rocks in a glass inca kola container with a yellow lid. Inside are two red pencils and a red pen. There are two little notebooks that say Cusco on them and I have written a little something on the inside.
