This is a dirt pathway the locals use to access Shelter Island and points beyond,as well as jog and walk the dogs. This is probably one of my most favorite places to take a stroll.
The cache is a black box hidden in the "shadows". No more than 3 feet from the pathway and kinda high. This could be very hard to spot , (Jimmy placed it) or easy...? Jimmy says we have to have a hard one once in awhile! Very close to a tiny beach that locals like to stretch out on. I was here one summer night watching the filming of some movie, as they used a water-facing house windows to do their magic. From whichever direction you approach this cache, the location should be pretty obvious!Have Fun!
