This NEPAG cache is the second of 6 placed on the Pack-A-Snack Sunrise Stepoff day of caching.
This is a standard size cache just off the Frost Hollow Trail in Lackawanna State Park. A short hike uphill about 1200' northwest from the boat mooring area at the south end of the park on the Frost Hollow trail(blue trail markers). Many cachers have remarked that the coords are off by about 40feet while many others have remarked that the coords are spot on. After checking multiple times with multiple units and multiple users we have decided to leave the original coords. There seems to be a bit of an anomoly in coords in this area of the park and nearby caches have experienced it as well. Don't be afraid to spread out a bit in your search as it's a pretty easy find
