Geocache Description:

The cache is in a group of trees just off of highway 1. It's another great or not so great Oxnard forest.

Happy April Fool's Day! April 1st is the day I am starting to place these caches. It's my wife's and mine 18th anniversary (two fools in love). At least it's easy to remember.

The cache is the first in a series in the southeast part of Oxnard. Since the terrain is pretty bare most of the subsequent caches will be puzzles ranging from very easy to hard. All the caches can be found with clues on their own pages but extra hints may be given in other earlier caches. All the caches will be in public areas so there is no need to trespass or be anymore suspicious than we regularly are. Most of the hides will probably be fairly easy finds once the puzzle is solved.

The series has a theme which will have to be figured out to solve some of the harder puzzles. The series will be broken up into groups. The caches in a group will probably all be on or near the same road.

I don't really like the 10 to 1 rule for finds to hides but I am trying to get my total number of ACTIVE cache hides to about 100.
Good Luck and Have Fun,
MaxGold
