You are looking for a 35mm container very close to Kitty Hawk. You will not have to climb any fences nor will you have to enter onto private property.
I'm not real sure about them "Low Flying Planes" signs, as I couldn't see any sign of the airfield from the road.
Please try to rehide the container as well or better than the way you found it. If you happen to see some Spanish moss laying around, please use some of it to cover the cache.
