This is a dry weather cache, the road gets very muddy and becomes impassable.
You are looking for a cammo covered Miracle Whip jar. It originally contained a log book,3types of balls, a sherriff's star, and a boot warmer.
You will need to bring your own writing untinsel.
This is located at the spillway of a dam that broke in 1946. The break point can be seen well from the road on either side of the spillway.
There is no need to climb up or down. Be careful, some areas are dangerous.
