Geocache Description:


This is one of 24 caches in a series modeled after the TV show by the same name. The series starts at Midnight (Episode 1 - 12am - 1am) and proceeds in one hour increments. The above coordinates are bogus. Clues to other episodes are found in the cache write ups as well as the preceding caches found. Each cache (Episode) can be logged independently regardless if you complete the series or not. It is not necessary to be familiar with the TV show in order to complete these caches. But it helps…

The following takes place between 6pm and 7pm

Shortly after 6pm Jack’s cell phone rings, “Jack Bauer.” There was short silence on the other end, and then a cold voice came through the phone “Mr. Bauer,” the voice was an Eastern Europe descent, “do not attempt to trace this call, or certain misfortunes will occur.” “What misfortunes!” Jack barked. “Just listen. We have your daughter… we want you to…. Shall we say… forget your appointment at 8pm tonight.” The phone went silent.

Jack recognized the background noises (a distinctive ‘RING’) during the conversation. Ignoring protocol he asks Chloe for satellite surveillance of the area. Chloe says “Jack you know I can’t do that, I would need level three clearance and at least 40 minutes to reconfigure the satellites, which requires the sum of the squares of two consecutive numbers totaling 1105.” Jack wasn’t concerned with protocols right now, “JUST DO IT.” He snapped and then left CTU. We need you to back up Jack at this location and rescue his daughter.
