Brodda är Sveriges äldsta häststuteri med anor från 1400-talet.
Men den moderna historien startade 1937. När Leonard C. Petersson-Brodda den 16 september köpte hingsten Pinero av Johan Nilsson som var USA-importör, han köpte också fyra dräktiga amerikanska fölston. Brodda is Swedens oldest horse stud farm with dates back to the 15th century. But the modern history starts at the 1937. When Leonard C. Petersson-Brodda the 16th of September purchase the stallion Pinero by Johan Nilsson who was USA-importer, he also bought four pregnant american foals. With this the biggest privately-owned stud farm in north Europe were formed, who now also is the oldest, 70 years.
