Come out and join the Geocachers of Georgia in the beautiful
Coosa Valley at the Rocky Mountain Recreation and Public Fishing
Area for our May 2007 meeting. The time is 2-4 PM. There is
a $3.00 parking fee (the ticket machine only takes one dollar
bills or change).
Our presentation will be given by Brian Tant, aka GeorgiaHikes,
on Leave No Trace ethics. Brian, as well as being a geocacher, has
a website dedicated to - well, to Georgia
Hikes.
Come early and enjoy some of the nearby attractions:
- Cloudland Canyon State Park
- New Echota State Historic Site
- Pinhoti Trail
- Chieftains Trail
- Chickamauga-Chattanooga National Military Park
