I wish I could do justice to the DDTs Mountain Peaks series that I've thoroughly enjoyed (so far) but the reality is that this is just a cheap rip-off!
This series will take you to various places on the lower slopes of Mount Wellington. Usually a gully or a creek. Your GPSr will be next to useless in a lot of these places so make sure that you take the hint.
To get to Golden Gully I suggest parking at the top of Old Farm Road. Follow the Main Fire Trail and then turn to the right when you reach the Middle Island Fire Trail.
Each cache has a number written on the log book (and maybe under the lid) don't forget to write it down as you will need it later.
