The cache is tied a couple of meters underwater in front of a wharf near Cà Ballarin (VE). You won't need any SCUBA gear to reach it because of the shallow water, but the search may become difficult if the water isn't clear.
The container is a glass jar closed with a silicone rubber gasket and a stainless steel clamp. It is held on the bottom by a carabiner tied with a plastic can full of sand. There is also a floating ball which should be visible underwater near the cache.
Inside the jar you can initially find a logbook, a note, an old phone token, a short pencil and a bag of dessiccant.
Please do not open the cache underwater and do not put heavy things into the jar.
