This is located very close to our favorite grocery store from California, Trader Joe's. It's a very normal parking lot cache and should be very easy to get to... especially if you can park between the cache and the stores.
There are muggles going to and from the store, so be aware. A few of the crew at TJ's know it's placed there, but many do not.
