It has been a long time coming, but another wave of insane, er,
intrepid cachers has completed this Challenge. From long lonely
miles along US 50 to bright lights of Las Vegas and Reno, to the
rough 4WD terrain of The Iron Mine, these folks have seen much of
what Nevada has to offer.
And who knows, if anyone else decides to complete the Challenge
before May 6th, we'll recognize them too!!!
We invite all geocachers to join us to celebrate another group
of completions of the NV DeLorme Challenge.
Marvel at their accomplishments!
Gasp at their stories!
Laugh at their jokes (to be polite)!
Scream at their fuel bills!
Pick their brains for hints on your own quests!
Join us for a party at Bruno's Country Club in verdant Gerlach,
NV. We'll be kicking things off at 3:00PM, but I'm sure you can
arrive earlier.
Food will be served family-style and will be plentiful. I've
never heard of someone going away hungry there!!! Bruno is famous
for his homemade ravioli and that will be the core of our menu. The
cost of the meal is $15/person (children under 15 eat free) and
includes:
Bruno's homemade Raviolis
Salad
Dessert
Beverages (coffee, soda, iced tea) You're free to visit the bar,
but that is not included in the cost of the meal.
At this time they're not asking for a deposit, but please keep the
