Flat, easy, Park 'n' Grab. In this neck 'o' the woods, we call it a LPC.
Near the Cabell County Schools Administrative Offices. Formerly Huntington East High School. My office overlooks the cache. Be sure to give me a wave! The container is a plastic pill bottle with a logbook. There is room for geocoins, small Travelbugs, and perhaps small trade items.
I placed my "Central Oklahoma Geocachers" geocoin in the cache for starters. I put a pencil there too, but you probably should bring your own writing implement, just in case. PLEASE snap the cap back on the bottle to help keep out dampness (thanks).
