This cache is a familiar place to
anyone who has traveled through Hallstead. Stop at the "Shell
Station" and have a look for the cache and also take a look at all
of the items that may take you back to the glorious 50's. If any
cacher has the privilege to remember the 50's, please give us a
story or memory about that time in history. For you younger and
less wise cachers, give us your favorite part of this cache. The
following are not wanted in your cache report: TNLN, TNSL, TFTC,
TFTF, LSMFT...well, you get the idea. This cache will also welcome
travel bugs. This is a great spot to get them on their way to a new
destination. There is no reason to break your neck trying to get to
this cache for the FTF. This cache has already been found by
Crisco; he got wind of this cache early and signed in first. He's a
dirty dog!!! The best you can do is second and whoever remembers
second? OK, second belongs to "Holth." but "Crisco was FIRST TO
FIND. Don't forget a story from the fifties in your
log.....
