Geocache Description:

This is the 3rd series of caches by Team Royal placed along the back roads of East Parry Sound District. This time you don't have to look for any clue or solve any puzzle.

It was quite surprising to find that this small village has a rustic hiking trail. You will find parking at N45 29.277 W079 27.882. Take a look at the map at the 'trail head'. The map describes a wooden boardwalk across the swamp/beaver pond... When you locate it along the 'trail' you will plainly see why the cache isn't on the other side of the boardwalk!

Sprucedale Ontario sits astride the Park to Park Trail which connects Hwy 11 to Hwy 69 and follows the rail-bed of the former Parry Sound Exploratory Railway for 61 km’s.

You'll find the community's web site here: http://www.almaguinhighlands.com/almaguin/communities/sprucedale.html

You are looking for a small plastic lock n lock container that is pretty well hidden close to the 'trail'.
