Rockin Roddy: Life has played a nice trick on me, my body is not as capable as my mind would appreciate! With that in mind, I must archive this cache as I cannot walk very well, especially on uneven ground. THANKS to all who have enjoyed this cache, it has been here quite awhile and it's sad to see it go.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to Hidden Lake Gardens, there is a fee required to enter this park OR, you could purchase one of several memberships available. Hours vary according to season, usually they close a few hours before sunset.

Hidden Lake Garden trails...you'll love these! The trails here are great...every turn produces beautiful views and a chance for wildlife! I used to mountain bike these trails for years until I was hit by a car while crossing the main road in front of the park (M50). Biking is not allowed on the trails now, but the roadways are just as fun...and a great workout! By looking at me, you'd never guess I rode at least 20 miles a day just 3 years ago...many of those were in this park!

The cache is a small lock&lock placed in the usual TR&T fashion...sooo easy! There is very little bushwhacking involved with this cache, terrain is due to the slight hill that you'll likely climb to get this cache! Parking is just past the lake at the top of the hill...at the trailheads! Bring water with you as the trails are fairly long.

Hidden Lake Gardens has many great attractions to offer it's visitors, an arboritum, miles of trails, picnic areas, gift shop and a scenic drive offering miles and miles of beautiful views!
