Difficulty is rated a bit high due to signal bounce caused by terrain features.

On April 18, 2005 a failed seal in an abandoned underground mine caused a mine blowout which released millions of gallons of water. The water ran onto Route 80 and forced the closure of a portion of that highway for two days. This cache is near where the water hit the road.
