The co-ords is the start of Baby! I have been known to call
those close to me baby so I just had to make this cache. If you are
going to drive please be cautious of others on the road, a co-pilot
might be best. This is a letterbox that you can walk but may want
to drive to the description below.
Once you find the cache you will also find a rubber stamp and stamp
pad that will stay in the cache.
For the guys X marks the spot. For the ladies the X is a kiss for
Baby!
From the starting co-ords head off at a bearing of 115 degrees,
you will see some signs of being in the right direction. A very
short way along you will need to do a bit of a zig and a zag. You
will see signs of Chippawa and St. Joseph before coming to St.
Joseph Square. If you see this on your right you are on the right
track. Continue along as you see signs of Brock, Tournier and
Laforet. If you are keeping your head up you will see a national
flag straight ahead. Since the flags holder is in your way you will
have to change your heading to 25 degrees at this point, now you
are heading for the wide river. Keep a keen eye and you will see
signs of an old fire station, the war of 1812 and the Battle of
Windsor. If you have seen these signs continue forward following
any rules the city has put forth. Farther along you will be coming
onto 3 important historical signs that have a direct relation to
this cache. It maybe a nice time to stop and take a rest and enjoy
a little of the local history. After your rest look towards the
wide river at this cross street, now change your heading to 293
degrees for several hundred meters where you will find the final
sign to your west side. The sign you have found is a City of
Windsor's park sign. Look to your north where you will see an odd
shaped willow. Look low on the tree and that is where you will find
this baby treasure.
Thank you to The City Windsor’s Parks and Recreations for
permission for the use of their park system.
