Rattrak: After much thought on this cache it is now time to put it to rest. The hiding spot has been compromised so the container would have to be moved to another location anyway. That being the case it is better to archive this one for now. If someone else wants to use this nice little park that would be great. If not I will come up with a fresh idea for the spring.
