A short hike along wonderful forest trails
This section of the York Regional Forest is really underused - miles of great trails which you have all to yourself.
The parking is on the Vivian Sideroad , just West of #48 North side. 44 04.375 79 19.090 is suggested- its not great but you can squeeze in there.
This is a 4 part multi.The posted coordinates will get you to a sign that gives a bit of history of the forest.The 2nd. stage is at 44 04.650 79 19.(064+COC# from sign)
The final is hidden off a small sub trail- the trick is to find the starting point! It is an ammo can with kids trading stuff,some stamps, a TB and 10 neothic arrowheads from the Sahara desert- Please take only 1 per group. Happy trails to you...
