Geocache Description:

Cachen ligger längs Östgötaleden som här passerar genom naturreservatet Stora Lund. Området är känt för sin vilda kustlinje mot Vättern och sin säregna flora. Området var till slutet av 1990-talet ett militärt skjutfält och några byggnader som påminner om detta finns fortfarande kvar.

The cache is placed by the hiking trail Östgötaleden which passes through the nature reserve Stora Lund. The area is known for its wild coastline at lake Vättern and for its unusual flora. Previously this was a military shooting range and a few buildings still reminds the visitor of this fact.
