We had been looking at this area for a cache since this was built. The difficulty level increases in the daytime due to the muggle traffic. If you park correctly you may be able to use your auto as a shield.
You are searching for a decon container. Don't bother with the light post, it isn't that easy! YOU CAN FIND IT WITHOUT TRAMPING ON THE FLOWERS!!!
