This hide recreates an enjoyable early find. I personally had a Peacock encounter here while checking on the original "Ladybug" Cache. I hope you do too. Thanks are due to Mrs. G Clooney for originally hiding "The Lion and the Ladybug" (GCJMRN now Archived), and for her contacts at both stage locations that make Geocaching here possible.
NOTE: I have reason to believe the Peacocks are gone. The place is now home to a family of Groundhogs.
If you missed the original you now have a second chance to experience this. Both stages are similar to the original, but neither is in exactly the same location. Sunday is usually an excellent time to visit this Cache.

The first stage takes you to a lovely site maintained by the Heartland Herb Society. You are looking a plastic disk with the coordinates to the Cache written on it. Please do not walk in the raised bed gardens. Once you get in the area of the second part, feel free to pull the garlic mustard, an invasive weed that is replacing many native wildflowers. Garlic mustard is a 3 foot tall plant with pencil like projections on the ends that contain seeds that will be dispersed when ripe. When young, the garlic mustard looks like violet leaves. The cache is in a large plastic container. You may enjoy walking the maze which is located near the first part of the cache between the Continuing Ed. Building and Janssen.
