Introduction You
may have heard of the "Return to Tradition" caches such as
Return to Tradition #6 , well this is an idea I call Escape
From Tradition. This is a series of four caches, a micro, a
small and a regular size cache all containing information to let
you find the fourth
Bonus Mystery cache. While the first three are considered
traditional caches, they are far from traditional. I tried to come
up with some unique and creative ways to hide caches. While I am
sure there are some caches that have been hidden in a similar way,
I have never seen anything quite like these. You are not going to
find these caches by looking under piles of sticks. I do however
want people to be able to find them so I will give hints that
should allow a sharp eyed cache seeker to find the prize. Also,
this is a Wildlife Management Area where hunting is allowed so
please be safe and wear orange while in the area.
The Cache This is the
third cache in my Escape From Tradition series. After
finding #2 follow the trail with the blue blazes. The trail gets
smaller as the caches get bigger. The container is a plastic jar
about 6" round by 6" high. There is a log book and a pencil and
some trade item to start. Please trade even or trade up. Check
inside the lid of the container for the the final information
needed to find the Bonus Mystery cache. Also, as with the first
two, check the back of the stash note for an encrypted clue (ROT13)
to help you find the Bonus Mystery cache. Please be sure to replace
everything as you found it so the next cache hunters will have as
much fun as you did.
