This cache is at a small public area which is becoming surrounded by new houses.
There is some controversy about what it should be called.
There is a sign at the entrance to the development that says “Residents and Guests Only“ but I have been assured that due the nature of the area, access is available. Only one residence has yet been occupied, so there shouldn’t be any problem with muggles.
The cache can be accessed without entering the area but you may want to see if it is your heritage. BRING YOUR OWN PEN/PENCIL.
