Not too far from the Friday Market you'll find a turnoff the road with parking area where you can walk from or get a bit closer to the cache in a 4x4. The cache is hidden in one of the many holes in the area. Look in them as it will appear as if there's nothing, but then in one of 3 holes in a row you'll find the cache.
My 3rd cache to hide! I've hide this one with GeoCrat and hope you'll enjoy looking for this one.
