RoadRunner: Based on the recent logs, it would appear that this cache is on Private Property (and sneaking in the back way where there is no sign does not make it public property.
If it is public property and a person can legaly access it, please provide the instruction on the cache page and send me an e-mail. I will then review this and unarchive it if it is within the guidelines.
