Parking nearby. On flat ground until about the last 15 feet. Lots of muggles, so stealth is absolutely required.
This is the second in a series of what I call "Evil Caches." You know, caches that appear to be something else or some type of normal object in the scene--not 35mm film cannisters, not ammo cans. I think they are totally evil and can be very frustrating to find...but, I am not above hiding them, nosiree! It's a micro. It's evil. It's in plain sight. Bring your own pen to sign the log.
