83pony: Went to take care of the wet log problem this morning. When I arrived in the area I hardly recognized it. There were campers all over the place. Realized that I needed to go thru private property to get to cache. Now, I'm not so sure if all this area was private when I hid the cache, but sure looks like it now. I am just archiving the cache because of that. Thanks to all who visited over the past few years. The "Big Puddle" IS still there.

Geocache Description:

While out geocaching, looking for another cache in the area with Annakido, my partner in crime, we got stuck in this huge puddle, with my 4 wheel drive. While we waited for several hours for the tow truck to find us, I thought I would hide a cache here in memory of the adventure. I wouldn't advise anyone to attempt this puddle unless you have a Monster Truck, or "the puddle" dries up, in which case the ruts will probably tear the bottom out of your vehicle and you too will need a tow truck. So, you DO NOT need to drive into "the puddle" to find the cache. For sure 4 wheel drive will be necessary in the winter if there is snow on the ground. Otherwise, hike in from the road.
