Reviving a wonderful cache location with beautiful views, we bring you again the Magdelen Hill Down Butterfly Reserve. "Here people come for peace and natural beauty and wildlife finds sanctuary."
There is plenty of free parking at N51.03.709 W1.16.351 from where you should follow the footpath directly opposite. Leaflets about the area are available at N51.03.577 W1.16.353 beyond the noticeboard and in front of a wild flower meadow, at the moment yellow with cowslips.
If you follow the grass path, PLEASE only cut through the hedge at the obvious gap a few feet from the cache, which is on the gravel track side of the hedge.
Although not a fan of 'small' caches, I hope you will forgive my placing just this one; I couldn't resist the box.
