As you pass by this area, on your way through town for RAGBRIA XXXIV, you might have heard someone give you this greeting as you rode by. Having passed by this area many times prior, I thought this would be a good spot to place a cache.
So for my 1st hide, I have place a micro cache near a spot that you sit and watch people or the trains go by.
