In a park along the Pine River. There are many places to hide a cache here (lots of nooks and crannies), and black in black is hard to see (well camoflaged)--thus the the 2.5 difficulty rating. You will have to do a slight amount of bushwacking (the last 15 feet), especially in the summer. My grandson, hitechteen, picked the spot.

Cache is in a 16 ounce ointment jar that has been painted black. Original contents included some foreign coins, a poker chip, a deck of cards, some small pins, and other swag.

Be careful in this area with children--the river bank is steep near the parking area, and the river is deep here.

Keep an eye out for muggles as this is a popular park for sporting events in the late spring, summer, and early fall--it's pretty much deserted the rest of the year. The cache was placed in a rather secluded area and tree cover may affect your signal (I had an accuracy of 9 feet).

This cache will be more difficult to locate during the winter--especially with snowfall.

PLEASE, if you take something, leave something of equal value and remember to rehide the cache exactly where and how you found it.
