Geocache Description:

A nice bike ride or a long walk on a level course, will take you to this cache. On one side of the bike path is the main road and on the other is the edge of DingDarling Nature Preserve. A car will provide quick access to the location, but parking nearby is not easy.

The cache, a plastic pill container with a stubby pencil and a log, originated from "The Mother of all Caches" in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. As a help to first time cache-planters, the pill bottles, logs and pencils were provided. "Mother" wanted to see how geographically far her babies could wander. I am hoping that this cache will be the most farflung. You will be a stone's throw from DingDarling Nature Preserve, but it is not necessary to enter the preserve to find the cache.

As of January 1, 2018, thanks to Six Sandy Feet, my co-owner, the cache container is now a small-medium waterproof container, which can handle small trackables. Log and pen provided.
