What does that sign say????

I guess it doesn't matter WHAT the sign says... rude people feel it's ok to do whatever they please in this area. With that in mind I decided to drop a cache here. (not that I am rude... but I saw an open space and decided to just do it. )

Be sure to bring a pen(cil) since there isn't one in the cache.
