Located in the town of Bluefield, Virginia, in a busy local shopping area.

You know how Southern people always give directions like this, "Go down and turn at the corner where that restaruant used to be?" Well - that's what you do on this one. This will be a very busy area and you could be seen by muggles. Take your time and look around though.
