This cache is located in an area that I have driven by all my life.
Until last week I had never stopped to check it out, so the other
day when I was out caching I decided to get out and look around.
While I was looking at some of the sculptures the owner, Ralph
Lanning, came out and we started talking. He gave me a tour around
his property and told me the story behind some of his
creations.Everything you will see was made by Mr. Lanning including
his home and workshops.As I walked around I wondered how he came up
with his ideas and more importantly how he moved some of the
structures by himself.I am glad I came to this area. He was very
gracious letting me place a cache here. When you visit this cache
be sure to give yourself plenty of time to look around and visit
with Ralph and Gretchen who have just learned about geocaching and
seem very interested. ** Please be respectful of the times you
search for this cache since this is a private residence.**
