This is Not Traveling Cache Chapter 7 Mystery Cache

The cache is somewhere within 5 miles of the posted coordinates

Introduction:

This was originally intended to be the 7^th Chapter of the Traveling Cache (TC) series.  It is not. 

This is Not Traveling Cache Chapter 7 is a three stage cache in an interesting area that is likely not familiar to you.  Once you’ve found the final, while the shortest return is to retrace your steps, you’re encouraged to continue along the loop path for a slightly longer walk and full tour of the area.

The Not Chapter Seven Puzzle:

Not Chapter Seven has been hidden somewhere within 5 miles of the posted coordinates. 

The coordinates of Not-TC7 Stage 1 may be determined in two ways:

1) This is a TC-Return to Tradition of sorts, as the puzzle below is based on the early installments of the series.  The early versions of the Traveling Cache called attention to other caches favored by the hider.  Some of my favorites include:

1. Catamint(GC10MRY) – in Cumberland, RI.  A bit out of your range?  Make the effort.  You won’t regret it.  Not-TC7 Stage 1 is 13.990 miles from Catamint’s published coordinates.
2. Revenge of the Tape Measure (GCT08K) – I had a lot of fun doing this cache, and the FTF prize once helped cachers cope with Dreaded Parameters.  Not-TC7 Stage 1 is between 17.0 and 17.5 miles from ROtTM’s published coordinates.
3. I am the last to find this other favored cache whose published coordinates are 14.240 miles from Not-TC7 Stage 1.  The final of this cache used to be in a town different from where the published coords are, in an area whose name conjures up thoughts of bovine footwear.

2) You could also visit the TC6 final location to determine Not-TC7 Stage 1, as the container left behind at Chapter Six contains the exact coordinates for Not Chapter Seven Stage 1.
