Geocache Description:

Recently, our family was hiking in this new Green Acres Site. We found many of the old foundations of summer vacation cottages from years gone by. When we had just about come to the end of the trail we peeked down close to the creek and found the remains of a little cabin, leaving us to wonder who might have lived here in the past. We decided to hide a cache here on the edge of the Indian Branch feeder stream. There may be a very short amount of bushwhacking at the very end of the trail to reach the cache.

This cache is hidden in a Green Acres Site. There is parking on Malaga Park Drive and the trailhead coordinates are posted below. The round trip hike to the cache is just under a mile. You can also pick up the Malaga Lake-Side cache on your trek. There is a main, wide trail that leads back to the cache; however you may find the trail near the lake to be more scenic.

Please, no spoiler photographs or logs (even if encrypted), as it detracts from our intentions for the cache. However, please do feel free to post photos of yourself and your family enjoying your hike.
