When you arrive look for a plaque.
The coordinates to the location of the cache are:
N 3_ 03.4_6
W 078 53.36_
The second number in the coordinates is the number of letters in the first word on the plaque.
The sixth number is the last digit in the day it was dedicated.
The last number in the coordinates is the number of gold balls on top of the object you are stand under.
When you have your coordinates, go to the Memorial Monument (three flags flying) that is a few feet away (if you are looking at the plaque, it’s behind you) to get your clue for what type of container you are looking for.
The Clue is in the statement at the bottom of the Monument. Every letter comes from the first line in the statement. The statement starts with "This..."
