Geocache Description:

I couldn't place the cache near the lake due to the Wildlife Refuge rules so this is as close as I could get. Wander in and look around the picnic areas, and nature trails are great. There is a boat ramp too.

I like to fish, so this is one of many of my caches that will soon lead you to some of the small lakes in SW ND that I like to visit. Northern Pike is the target fish here, and hold on to your fishing rod or you could lose it, there are some nice sized fish to be caught here(up to 15 lbs that I have heard of).
Cache contents: Log-sheet & pencil, screwdriver, hotwheels car, sidewalk chalk, balloons.

For those that don't care to fish:
There are Blue Heron nests high in the tree tops about 100 yards in from the East end of the Nature trail. You will see many species of waterfowl and whitetail deer in this serene setting.
