Typical small hide in a neighborhood park
Nothing spectacular about this cache. This new part of San Ramon is severely lacking in caches and with 17 parks and multiple trails, someone needs to start filling them up. It's flat and paved up until the last 15 feet or so, then you'll need to walk across some tanbark.
The park itself contains a baseball field, playground, picnic tables and restrooms, so feel free to bring the kids along with you or even some lunch. The view from the cache spot is pretty awesome, too. They don't call it 'Hidden Valley' for nothing. It's a dawn to dusk park so keep that in mind when coming to look for it.
The cache is small with room for tiny trade items and the log sheet. Please be sure to screw it on tight before replacing it. It's also not hidden in any vegetation, so no need to bushwhack. It's placed within the bounds of the park, so no need to hop the fence or walk around back.
