This cache is placed as a sister cache to Wing-it's Canoe/Kayak Great Island #7 which is nearby. It is located on a little known or used town road with access to the water. There is room to park a few cars and you can launch a canoe or kayak. As you travel down Smith Neck Road, turn right on Town Landing which is a dirt road at the bend and looks more like a driveway. Nice view of the water. Good Luck.
