A beautiful area all season long, the Kingston Mills Locks are an
ideal play ground for the outdoor enthusiast. Bring your fishing
rod and go fishing. Bring your rock climbing gear and try out the
short but challenging crags of Kingston. Bring a picnic to eat at
the locks or better yet, boat to the locks, tie up at the dock, and
bring a lunch up to the cache site and enjoy the magnificent view
of the greater Kingston area. If you do, please ensure that you
remove all trash you bring and any that you might find from other
users.
Remember finding your thrills on "Blueberry
Hill"? That classic cache was located near here but alas, was
retired before its time.
This cache is on private property and is placed with the
owner's permission. Please ensure the area is respected and left as
you found it. No overnight camping or fires permitted (despite
evidence of previous people doing just that).
