This cache is designed for cub scouts, boy, scouts and girl scouts. Pretty easy once you get to the trail head. Along a seldom used trail about 50' off a well used vehicle trail. Look low.
You start at a good meeting point. Get supplies and prepare for the trek. You will then find your way to the head of the trail where you must set out on foot. The trail head is in the Valley of the Sun so look to the south for the drive of Sun Valley. You can walk to this valley as well. But you must know the name Wendt as part of the drive to Sun Valley if you are to find the Creek of Wasilla beginning. Once you begin to hike you are only 1/2 a mile away. But look carefully because this cub scout decorated ammo can is hidden well. Don't look in the trees or up in the sky for low is where you must seek. Please respect the scouting concept of no trace left behind. And be nice before you peek. We hope you leave something that represents your troop, pack or organization.
