Geocache Description:

A 5 gallon bucket has been hidden in Philadelphia. It's the largest cache in the city so far, but finding it will include some very tiny stages.

This is a 4 stage cache from start to finish. Clues will be given at every stage. Use those clues and the locations below to find the cache. You may need special knowledge of Philadelphia or internet access.
Stage 1: use coordinates, but it's near 9th and Locust in alley. It contains only a clue. Stay off the dirt.
Stage 2: using the clue at stage one, go to the building it referenced. x = address number of that building. Start at the main gate, on the same side of the street, walk x/100 miles South. It's a very nice Place.
Stage 3: just like for stage 2, find the building from the clue. Stage 3 is across the tiny street from the west facade.
Stage 4: final location, stay on the green side of this wall. PLEASE keep the container real tight if you could! It screws on from the top.
