This area is one of those numerous city plots that is too rugged to develop. The container is a green, 50-caliber ammo can. There is enough room for a log and several small to medium-sized items for trade. The GPS signals don't seem to bounce around too much in here. Yeah!
There is plenty of very close parking. This cache pretty much constitutes a real "cache 'n dash." Use stealth because there are some very high-end homes 'next door,' and they might get suspicious if they see people snooping around. And, I don't think caching at night is a good idea. Please remember to re-hide the container at least as well as you found it, so muggles don't see it. Enjoy.
