I came across this spot on the way to doing another FR-165 cache and was curious about the sign with an arrow pointing up towards the mountains, the sign read "Who Killed Carla" so I just felt bound to place a cache at this location. For those who are not aware of what the sign stands for I have included more links which will provide additional details. The story shows a lot of people that voiced their opinions about the sign.
