This is a new sport for me (50+ Caches) and I’ve had so much
fun, I though it was time to also contribute.
So here goes!
THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED CO-ORDINATES!
A while ago I solved one of the caches with sodoku in it and had
so much fun that I have downloaded several and spent hours solving
them. This one kept me going for a while, see how you do!
Find out when each of these presidents were born take the last
number of the year they were born. Then plug this single digit into
the Sodoku table and solve this. The numbers at the capital letters
will then give you the co-ordinates of the cache.
a) The Australian Prime Minister of 1990
b) The Indonesian President of 1972
c) The Indian President of 1968
d) The Kenyan President of 2000
e) The South African President of 1995
f) The USA President of 1870
g) The French President (Premier) of the first half of 1914
h) The Swedish Prime Minister of 1935
i) The Venezuela President of 1970
An example:
a) The Australian Prime Minister in 1946.
This would be Prime Minister Ben Chifley and he was born in 1885
therefore your “a” value would be 5 i.e. the last digit
in the year he was born in.
NOTE: To all FTF seekers if your calculations are more than 500
m away from the parking something is wrong!
I have taken this using average and over a three different days
– accuracy is within 3.8 m according to GPS.
