This is a nice walk in the Kinni Headwaters area. Pheasants Forever and the Kinni River Land Trust are sponsors of this area which is managed by the DNR. Take the trail from the parking area straight back to the cache site (about .25 miles). It’s very open here with alot of nice scenery and wildlife (and a tick or two in the spring). Cache is a regular sized lock-n-lock.
Dog access is limited here till the end of July to allow the pheasants and other wildlife to raise their families. Enjoy this area!
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the land manager at the Baldwin DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
